What you buy

A digital album of nine picture cards — "A manual for you" or "A manual for us" — made from the birth data you enter. It is for self-reflection: not a forecast, and not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the order page before you pay. Codeware OÜ is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Card payments on the website are processed by Stripe; in the Telegram bot you pay with Telegram Stars. We never receive your card details.

Delivery

After payment the album is written and checked automatically, usually within a few minutes. A website order appears on its own page (the link you are taken to after payment; keep it). The page is kept for 3 months — download the cards to keep them longer. A bot order arrives in the chat. If it takes longer, the page or the bot says so, and the album follows.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied right away this right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to that beforehand. When ordering you confirm that you want the album immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once it is delivered.

Refunds

If the album is not delivered, or it contains an obvious error (for example a wrong date or name), write to lumanual.app@gmail.com or the bot and we will fix it or refund the payment.

Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
