Who processes the data

What data we receive
When you get a mini-portrait:
- your name, if you give it (only to address you; the name is not analysed);
- date of birth;
- time and city of birth, if you give them;
- your Telegram ID (the technical account number) to link the data to you.
When you order a manual, in addition:
- for "A manual for us": your partner's date of birth, and their time, city and name of birth if you give them;
- notes you wrote;
- your Telegram username, so we can contact you.
When you write a question to the bot, the message is passed to support so we can reply.
We do not ask for your phone number, address, documents or card details. Payment goes through Telegram (Telegram Stars) or as agreed; card details are never passed to us.
Why
- to calculate your mini-portrait and not ask for your data twice;
- to prepare the manual you ordered and send it to you in Telegram;
- to answer your questions and contact you about payment.
Legal basis: your request for the service (performance of a contract) and your consent.
How a manual is made
Planet positions are calculated from the NASA JPL ephemeris, taking into account the historical time zone of the place of birth. An AI service helps write the text: it receives only the calculated chart and number data, dates of birth and names, never your Telegram account. A person checks every album before it is sent.
Another person's data
When you order "A manual for us", you share your partner's data. Please do so with their knowledge. We use this data only to prepare your manual.
Who receives the data
We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Data may only be processed by services the product cannot work without:
- Telegram: delivering messages and Stars payments;
- the hosting provider of the server running the bot and the website (Hetzner, EU);
- the AI service (OpenRouter and Anthropic Claude models) that helps write the text of the manual. It receives calculated data, dates of birth and names, never your Telegram account.
How long we keep it
- mini-portrait data: until you delete it;
- orders and manual texts: up to 12 months, then deleted;
- payment records: as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
At any time you can:
- delete all your data with the /delete command in the bot;
- ask what data we hold about you, correct it or restrict its processing by writing to the contact above;
- withdraw your consent (this does not affect processing already done);
- complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Estonia: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and announce significant changes in the bot.
